I'm Louise - a multi-disciplinary therapist and SAUNAPOD'S founder, drawing on over fifteen years experience in health and wellness.
I hold a Foundation Degree in Complementary Body Therapies, Diplomas in Massage Therapy, Clinical Aromatherapy, Operating Department Practice and industry certificates in the practice of Infrared Therapy, Body Detox and LPG Endermologie.
The story of how SAUNAPOD came to be, started in 2016. On a rural retreat in Nicaragua, Central America, I was bitten by an insect , and my health rapidly declined. I had contracted Lyme disease and using an infrared sauna helped restore my health.
Through my research into this incredible technology, I found infrared studios in New York and Australia, inspiring me to set up the first infrared studio in Cornwall.
I am happily back to full health and passionate about living a holistic lifestyle. And I welcome you to come and discover the benefits of the treatments I offer - all of which are bound by the same belief in the wisdom of nature and the power of science.
